The Annual Non-resident fishing license does incur the cost of an additional Conservation Stamp at $12.50, whereas daily fishing licenses do not have the Conservation Stamp requirement. Wading Wyoming has no tolerance for trespassing and the wading angler is responsible for knowing where to go.
